Covid-19 Policy

Here is how we are adapting our business to take care of our team and our customers.


  • We are training all team members in accordance with the latest government guidelines for safe working.

  • Giving them everything they need to work safely, including training on social distancing and hand hygiene

  • Providing PPE where needed and installing screens at till points and collection points

  • Carrying out an up to date risk assessment for all operations including deliveries to protect both our team and suppliers


How can you help?


  • Respecting our team and any requests they have, to keep everyone safe.

  • Follow government social distancing measures so everyone can enjoy their time with us.

  • Please maintain your own personal hand hygiene and use the sanitisers and facilities made available to protect everyone.

  • If you are showing any symptoms we respectfully request you stay at home. We will be more than happy to prepare a takeaway for someone to collect for you.

  • Whilst we are in Tier 2 restrictions please ensure that when booking a table you do so for only your household or bubble. We are only able to accept table bookings for up to 6 people. 

  • Please ensure you wear a face covering inside unless you are sat at your table.

What we are doing to help…


  • Marking social distancing guidance to help customers and our team follow them

  • Giving you the opportunity to book a table before you visit, so you know you have a safe space to enjoy it

  • Laying out tables to ensure safe spacing

  • Managing and monitoring queues to make them as smooth and easy as possible

  • Signposting our toilets, meticulously cleaning them and following social distancing measures

  • Asking customers to use contactless payment methods (we will not be accepting cash at the moment)

  • Delivering food & drink to your table in the safest way possible

  • Using display menus on our blackboard, so there is no need to handle menus

  • We will be removing all sauces, salt & pepper & sugars from our tables and will provide individual condiments in disposable pots or each will be sanitised between use

  • Having hand sanitisers at entrances and outside our toilet facilities

  • Regularly sanitising door handles and surfaces

  • Our team members will maintain social distancing where possible
